Searly bads are seriously bad

I bought 6 searly beds, i bought 4 at Bradlows furnitures and lodged a complaint and they did not respond. Then i bought searly Beds at Sleepmasters at Tsakane and i lodged another compliant about your beds that they keep on tearing and they are damaged so badly and we do not get any help.
