Saggy Sealy mattress

I am very disappointed by the quality of the Sealy King XL posturepedic mattress my husband and I bought in 2018. The mattress sags and is very very noisy. We bought the bed at Home Corp in Kempton Park. I sent an email to the customer care centre at Sealy and I have not received a response as yet.
