Poor Customer Service

Poor Customer Service I bought a brand of the Sealy mattress in a retail outlet in durban and within 3 months.The mattress is broken and also sagged in the middle aggravating my already existing backpain.I lodged a complaint 2 months and it was completely ignored by their customer service.Up till now I haven’t received a replacement of the mattress as per the warranty or guarantee.I am seriously upset and have decided to just ignore them and get my own mattress.
