No longer a quality brand

I grew up knowing Sealy as the go-to brand for quality and comfort, a true investment in restful sleep. However, my experience with a new Sealy Posturepedic bedset has been disappointing. Within a year, the base broke; after months of back-and-forth with the store, it was deemed defective and repaired. Soon after, the mattress began sagging, with loud springs making sleep uncomfortable. All this within 2years of purchase. Despite providing all necessary documentation, I was met with multiple quotes and fees for repairs that would nearly cover a new bed. This has left me questioning: is Sealy still the quality brand I once believed it to be? There is no resolution nor accountability.
