Incredibly uncomfortable Sealy bed.

A Sealy queen bed I bought from Bradlows in 2019 was uncomfortable from the get go and now its in even worse condition. Its as if I bought a second hand bed. I tried to complain but someone by the name of Aldridge rep**** and said the matter was being escalated but I got tired of following up because they were clearly not serious about attending to the matter. So I strongly advise against buying a Sealy bed. I mean when you buy a bed you want comfort and this bed feels 10 years old instead of 3
