Don't buy Sealy Posturepedic

After one year my Sealy mattress is sagging on the sides. Sealy asked for photos, which they judged needs rotation. How would rotation fix a hump in the center!!. I have rotated every 2 weeks to no avail. How do you judge what it feels like to sleep on this off a photo!!! I think they just don't care.
