Disappointed

I am very dissappear with Sealy.I bought a Sealy ****et bedset early this year. Six months after purchasing, I noticed that the mattress was sagging. I then sent the store an email which they chose not to attend to. I then called the store and spoke to the store manager who told me that she'll log a call on my behalf well I'm still waiting till date.
