COMPANY NOT COMPLYING TO SARS

I worked for this company in 2016 and left their employ in 2017. By South African legislation, Sealed Air is obliged by law to upload IRP 5 documents for their employees on easy file then people can do their returns in an effort to pay taxes. Sealed Air is refusing to upload my IRP 5 on their systems therefore I am legally not tax compliant. The returns outstanding are for 2018, we are now in 2021 and the whole process takes about 5 minutes to complete. I have been engaging with their HR Business Partner and 4 to 5 months later there is still no resolution. This is in my experience the worst treatment I have ever received from a company where employees and ex employees are treated sub humanely and the law is not adhered to. There is absolutely NO work ethic and NO regard for employees and ex employees
