Excellent customer care service

They produce great products but the real test is when things do not go as planned. A small part broke on my backpack from Sealand Gear and they offered straightaway to fix it when I bring it in. After pointing out that the next shop is only in Cape Town and I am in GP, they offered to send the part so I can replace it.
