Seal Pools Robertson cause a storm!

Storm could not have been more helpful until I asked for the pool filter to be covered as I cannot understand why you would put a small wall around the filter without a lid to protect it from the sun? SURELY!!? A piece of board was delivered and a rock keeps it blowing off! TOP CLASS! Then the second step proved dangerous as it is not level- I presume it needs to have more soil thrown under the Fiberglass to settle it. Three family members have had serious falls on this step which flips the unknowing ( and knowing! )and has caused head and knee injuries. Any suggestions offered to Storm to help sort this out has just been met with abuse- he will NOT attend to it ! I thought he was part of SUNDANCE POOLS as that was on his email signature, but apparently is not even a member of NSPI. It was not a cheap exercise and not only that, but I have waited a decade for a pool to be installed and really would like to enjoy it! Such a shame...
