Poor customer service

<p>I bought 2 OZtrail - Swift Pitch 3-Person Tent in November 2014 which have been used less than half a dozen times and in both cases the zip has broken. I found Seagull Industries as the supplier. Contacted them to ask how I could get the zips repaired/replaced and they said to bring them in. They are in Atlantis and are only open during office hours so waited until I was on leave to drop them off. Only to be told 5 days later that they are not able to fix the tents and I should come back and collect. What is the point of even collecting when they are unusable - DON'T BUY AN OZTRAIL TENT, THEY ONLY LAST 5 MINUTES AND THEN THE ZIP BREAKS AND CANNOT BE REPAIRED/REPLACED.</p>
