Outstanding service

I contacted Seagull industries enquiring about a part for a Oztrail camping chair. Even though the part is not sold as a separate item, Terence the sales rep assured me that he will try and source the item and may be able to assist but might take a month or two when new stock arrives, but no guarantees. I was contacted a few times to be updated and just to let me know they haven't forgotten about me even though I never enquired myself. Today I received the part via courier. Absolutely amazing customer service even though I didn't buy the original chair from them.
