Seagate - Useless Brand

Got a seagate external hard-drive as a gift in May 2015. The drive worked well till October when it suddenly stopped working. Went to Incredible connections in sandton where the gift was bought. Took me about a month to get a new device since I didn't have a purchase slip and I was very patient with the store as they assisted me in finding when the gift was bought. I lost all my data and important files. The store give me a new drive but as luck would have it that drive also crashed in 2 months. Data and files lost again (frustration). Went to incredible connections in Cresta and they gave me a new drive cause I had a slip. No assistance of data recovery but got a new drive. One month down the line same problem. LOST DATA & FILES AGAIN!!! This brand is clearly a piece of ******* cause it doesn't seem to last long and why is it being sold. I am so frustrated and ****ed off to say the least!!! I must now waste my time again getting a new drive and recollecting all my data and files. This means I would have gotten 4 Seagate drives in a space of 9 months and no assistance of data recovery as clearly stated on the box.
