External hard drive packed up with all my stuff on and I can't find South African contact details!

<p>This hard drive is not even a year old and it had packed up, with All my stuff on! And after spending a good hour on the net I could not find a South Africa website, email address, phone number or even Facebook page! I am disgusted! My sister swore by Seagate saying they're the best and now I end up with this experience! Very unhappy! </p>
