Efficiency, competence, and all out Helpfulness

<p>Six months ago I received an external Seagate hard drive that had a terrible habit of not working and requiring regular formatting. I tried to take it back to the shop of purchase where I was informed there was nothing wrong with the drive and I was imagining things. I then messaged Seagate with the problem and in less than a day, they responded with explicit information on how to sort out the issue. They were helpful, patient, efficient, accommodating, and highly competent and lived up to the wonderful reputation I have come to know of Seagate. I am happy with my service, and for now, the drive is working well. Should it misbehave again, I know that I can rely on Seagate to assist me.</p>
