HIDDEN SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS

Just to let everyone know - this company is not very transparent re their return policy. They state there is a R150 handling fee for returns - but what they dont say is that you have to pay for the courier to get it back as well. This means I paid R300 for a bather bottom that i never even tried on - because the minute it arrived I could see it was too small. This was after giving my hip measurements to the sales clerk. So Seafolly - after being a customer for many many years - I bid you farewell and could luck with your ****************. i just hope others can learn from this and not purchase online
