Bad customer service

At around 2pm I bought fish and chips at Seaflight in korsten. When I reached home the fish had a nasty smell I thought it mite have been fried in old oil when I broke a piece open it smelt horrible. I then returned to Seaflight to show them the fish. The lady at the counter said nothings wrong with the fish she then gave the money back with a attitude basically it wasn't about getting my money back. I'm a regular customer and usually the fish is lovely. At least have good customer service.
