Bad service

I bought medication and I upon receiving the slip I realised I had a levy to pay. I asked the pharmacist assistant for generic. She said she is too busy if I don't want the medication I should leave it. She has no time for customers. Normally when you have a levy to pay, a pharmacist gives you option of a generic but she did not.
