Worst posible experience avoid @ all cost

On the 24/05/2017 i have bought a car and deposited the car into Seabrooke office in Dubai to be shipped to my hometown Constanta /Romania.The car was purchased on a value of 13500 euro .The car traveled on board of a ship until London Gateway where the custom clearance was made and then cleared to be shipped into Romania via tow truck.The shipping company(Seabrook) changed the value of car and declared a false value using a bogus paper. They have charged me with 2000 euro for a 40'' container when in fact declared value declared to customs was 600 usd(i have found out from in customs declaration ).The container was shared with other two customers for which i had to wait one month,probably all charged full as myself.When i requested a quote from them they put a s/l clause which at the time i did not understood but later found out that this was a shared container therefore i had to take a bitter pill from the beginningand wait one month to load. Later on they came with destination charges forget that this is a shared container they charged me again without any shame at full rate.I have tried in vain for months on end to register the car blaming the local police of bad will when all the time it was Seabrooks fault and false declarations to customs.They were not even responding on my calls and **** to me all the way on anything. We have given you all the papers originals are not issued by customs they sad and no longer responded to my calls.Totally confused i have asked customs from UK and they promptly supp**** the copies.That is when i discovered all the false.When confronted Chris the manager claimed that this was all happened without his knowledge and offered to resolve if i supply the original documents SO THEY CAN CORRECT THE CUSTOMS CLEARANCE. After supplying them with legalized documents i have waited a while to clear the things but they were denying that the documents have ever arrived in their possession.Luckily this was a registered letter and i was able to trace it.This was of course this time personal as their boss offered to solve the problem but **** about the receipt of documents.In the end enough is enough i had to turn them on to authorities as i lost hope.I now have probably have to open a lawsuit to be able to get customs clearance and register my car.If anyone have any doubts and think to work with Seabrooke you can wright to me email **********
