Seabrooks Forwarding and Handling do NOT care for customers

I have been trying for three years to obtain my NOVA certificate for import of my Jaguar Special to England. Seabrooks confirmed three times in e-mails that they had app**** for it but no certificate has yet been provided. HMRC advises that no application was made by Seabrooks and now it seems they did not obtain customs clearance either. They do not reply to e-mails or telephone calls and seem to have only a virtual office in England. I am now to issue summons. Potential customers BEWARE they do not live up to their tagline about caring for their customers. John Crowhurst
