Seabrook - not really - Sea***** - never use them

Seabrook forwarding and shipping or Sea***** forwarding and shipping is much more appropriate reflection for this company. Stay away from them even if they are the last company in the world. I used Seabrook to ship my own vehicle in December 2017 from South Africa to Bulagaria. Fully paid them and supp**** all required documentation incl. original registration certificate of my vehicle ( huge mistake). The vehicle arrived in Bulgaria in February 2018,but the papers did not. I immediately confronted them and they claimed the papers were inside the vehicle .How these papers mysteriously disappeared from sealed container – well Sherlock Holmes will say “think Watson”. Because they were never there first place. Reluctantly they agreed to send “new” set of documents. When they arrived to my total dismay on the registration certificate as owner and title holder of my vehicle were registered Seabrook. I was never told that they are planning to do this, never asked to give and gave any consent and never signed any papers allowing the transfer of ownership. In South Africa is impossible and absolutely ******* to transfer ownership of vehicle without the owner signing specific forms in that regard. What followed was series of e-mails and phone calls with only one question : How they managed to change ownership without me signing the relevant forms? Never got a reply let alone an apology. Just as all my requests to get my original certificate back were ignored. I did hire a lawyer and five months down the line still no registration certificate. Next step is court case, but this takes a hell of a lot of time. Meanwhile they stopped replying to any-emails and calls. Now I have a car which I cannot drive as it is impossible to register it without my registration certificate. I am even not mentioning the amount of money I have spent till now in this saga. So if you hear Sea***** run away from them as fast as you can as far as you can. They are bunch of arrogant *****s and ******** with poor attitude and manners ,totally unprofessional.Do not use them unless you have some masochistic tendencies
