I recently had the daunting task of organizing an international move for my family from SA.

After calling numerous shipping companies, I was feeling like the idea of shipping our items overseas was not clever one as I was not able to get a straight answer about my requirements and felt they were not advising me correctly. (Things I was reading on google pertaining to cost /procedures and the answers I was getting from them)

He took the time to explain all the procedures and documents needed for my final destination in terms that I felt comfortable with and understood.

They shipped my two vehicles and house hold items(taking care of all the required export and destination documents needed on my behalf), their rates when compared to splitting my vehicles in one load and house hold goods into another (as not all shipping agents have the ability to ship together) turn out to save me money, time and circumvented double relocation costs at my destination as it all arrived at the same time through one company. Oh yes, I forgot to mention, they even stored all my items for a month free of charge in SA before I was ready to receive them, leaving me at ease not to rush to rent the house we saw.
