poor service

Yesterday I called sea vuna, spoke with roween placing a order.she told me she will not be working today but she will leave the fish with aunt Linda, she even gave me the price for the 8 boxes of fish. She did not mention anything about shortages. I came all the way from port elizabeth only to find 4 boxes of fish. Pathetic. Today I asked to speak to her manager who was on lunch. I went to the security and they told me cornel just parked her car and she will come around the corner. The security went to cornel told her I want to she her, she came to the gate and spoke to me there.she did not invite me to her office to handle the matter proffesionally. She told me I must wait at the gate an she will call the security to give me feedback . Poor standards. I went to cornel, the security guard did not asked me to sign their form on my way out they asked me sign. They working vice versa. The standard of sea vuna is poor and their services are pathetic. I do not understand how they are operate. Do not think they know any about customer service and and handling matters proffesionally.
