worst experinece being cancelled on last minute

We had booked 2 rooms one being a 6 sleeper an dthe other being a 4 sleeper. We had booked in July and ha paid the full amount for the 6 sleeper and we were outstanding an amount for the 4 sleeper. We were ment to check in on Thursday the 5th of October 2023 and check out on the 9th of October, but on Wednesday the 4th October at about 5pm I got a call to say they cant accomodate us any more because the apartment has no lights, at the last minute and they would be giving me back my money. and Durban was busy on the weekend places were fully booked and we had to make means to get accomodation. We almost did not make it to our 3 day convention which was held at the Kings Park stadium in Durban.
