Please help

Visited the hotel on the 17.10.2024 where I had booked for 4days.i was asked to pay R750.00 for breakage fee and was told that it will be refunded back on the day I leave. I checked out yesterday 21.10.2024 the money was not refunded,I was told that the cleaner must first check if I didn't break or damage anything. As I had to leave early I left my banking details behind for them to transfer the money to my acc. Till this morning I haven't received the money I have been trying to call the hotel/owner he's not taking my calls
