I had a horrible experience with the Sea Psychologist - Sinqobile Elevia Aderinoye.

1. I was referred to by a friend, I scheduled the first session and had to call her just to confirm our meeting for the next day, she only confirmed by SMS by 10 pm. I made it to the offices and had to wait outside for 20 minutes. 2. The offices are Regus shared offices, you can hear people chatting in the other offices, obviously, they can also hear me pouring my heart out to this Psychologist. I didn't mind all of this because hey "support black businesses". 3. End of the first session, we schedule a follow-up for the 25th of January. I am waiting for a confirmation call or SMS like any normal practitioner would do. No confirmation whatsoever, I am then sent an invoice for missing the appointment. I have zero problem with paying it but the level of arrogance I had to deal with trying to dispute the bill because there were no services rendered is too shocking for someone who is supposed to be your psychologist. 4. I am happy I won't be dealing with this type of individual any longer and would be lodging a complaint with HPCSA.
