Rotton Fish Cakes

I purchased a box of fish cakes from shoprite on west street durban. The box was amongst other boxes which were all sticky... I got home and the box of fish cakes were stinking like rotton fish. It's not expired and I don't know whether it's shoprite fault or whether it's sea harvests fault... I've still got the box of fish cakes and can send it through to you guys if need be for quality tests. I'm really disappointed
