Poor quality products

I have purchased the frozen hake products 3 times recently. Hake medallions and hake fillets. In spite of following the cooking instructions to the letter, the fish turned out to be virtually inedible having a very oily flavour and tough texture. I am not sure if this is due to the products being defrosted somewhere in the supply chain or if they are simply poor quality. I defrosted one fillet and found it to be very wet and a unappetising texture. It does not seem possible to use the Sea Harvest website "contact us" as it won't connect. I look forward to you answer.
