Non-existent customer service

I purchased a box of fish on 02/10, made for dinner 04/10, and that same evening I sent a complaint via email to ***, including a photo of the till slip and product information on the box. I have had no response, no phone call, absolutely no response. Seems Sea Harvest doesn't care about customer experience, or about the quality of their products
