Empty Promises

<p>Almost over a month ago I purchased Sea Harvest Fish Fingers from Shoprite in Kuils River, now fish fingers is a favourite for my little 1year old girl, so I purchase it every Month! Upon preparing it for her Lunch, I noticed it was smelling horrible! The colour was off, I contacted Sea Harvest via email, sending them photographs of this issue and got no reply, I figured they must be busy so I contacted them via their Customer Service Line where I spoke to Candice, she apologised for my experience and I was told I would be reimbursed with vouchers which will be sent to me via posts! A whole month went by and no vouchers came, I contacted them Via Facebook where they told me someone will contact me back, no one ever did. I contacted them on their consumer line where I was told my call cannot be answered at present and they'll call me back within 48hours, no one called. I called them after 48hours and I spoke again to Candice who told me that my vouchers has been sent out, I have still not received anything! The day I first contacted them was on the 7th of November, we are half way through December. My mother had a similar incident with another brand and product and she received vouchers within 7 days! As a loyal customer to Sea Harvest, I am deeply disappointed in their lack of services and I will never purchase anything from them ever again! </p>
