Bad customer service and professionalism

I was given bad customer service as I bought a box of fish 15kg hake but was given the wrong order even asked if this is the correct order as I had experienced the same issue with the store I had send back the order and I paid r200 for transport asked for compensation and I was told its my fault I had a bad expirience
