Very poor service

We booked a holiday in April and the payment for this getaway was paid in full. Due to Covid-19 and the lockdown in March, i have called Betsie Meintjies for a refund. She has totally ignored all my watsapp and smses. Her phone is now off and I am unable to get a hold of her. I require full refund and need it urgently. Please assist.
