Rude management, terrible service.

<p>Our family booked a 4 sleeper for the weekend. We had our niece and nephew, both under 10 years of age and 4 adults. After being rudely handled by the manager, Len, who informed us of their overrcrowding policy we forked out R1000 for just one night. My Uncle, his wife and the 2 kids had to wait in their car outside the premises for 3 hours before. They had not handled the booking but had all the necessary information, including copies of my I.D. and credit card details. The following day my uncle and family were not staying over but we still stayed on Saturday night. The manager insisted they leave. So essentially, after getting booked in at 8pm and being removed at 10am, my uncle and aunt and their 2 kids, paid R1000 for a brief stressful 'weekend'. We had learnt that other patrons staying next door from the RTI had similar discriminatory experiences with the same manager. We were not aware of the policy regarding kids. Len frightened and intimidated the children by pointing at them and asking why they were there. We will never visit this resort again. What kind of family resort is this? </p>
