Rip Of Artists

We had an RCI booking at Sea and Sky for a 3 bedroom unit.When we checked in we were told that there was one 4 year old child extra (there were 4 adults and 3 children all under 6years of age)<br> We then told them that we will pay for the additional 4 year old, they advised that that was not accepted as it was their policy.We argued that it is only a 4 year old child, and the place was big enough- 3 bedrooms big lounge, 2 bathrooms, and that there was no risk..they insisted that we book another 3 bedroom unit at R1300 per night for the 2 nights.We ended up paying R2600 for having one little child over.Totally unreasonable and unacceptable.Aside from this RCI tried to assist in getting us another unit, but they told RCI that it was not available to RCI.We could have also got the room MUCH CHEAPER on booking. com, but they did not tell us this.They ran the resort like a German Concentration camp with EXTREME RULES and regulations.The kids played till about 10.30 and the Security guards complained to management Security for noise!- THIS WAS AFTER ALL HOLIDAY RESORT - NOT a PRISON! Their intent I guess, was to fine holiday makers and make more income- HENCE ******* ARTISTS!!!
