Worst property management agents EVER!!!

We hired Sea Accommodation in Margate (Johan Niewoudt) at the beginning of December 2017 to manage our holiday rental property in Southbroom (KZN South Coast). Of all the rental agents, he was BY FAR the worst we've every had. Not only did he over charge us for simple things (like R325 for "monthly management fee", ie. for sending us a monthly invoice), he also double-billed us for 3 months in a row, under-paid us rental commission, his staff damaged linens & towels (white linens were returned pink, towels had bleach marks on ALL of them, also missing comforter & towels) and his finances were in such a mess that we had to do a recon ourselves to work out how much money he owed us back. He never once contacted us to let us know whether or not the property was ok after guests left (so that we could repay breakages desposits) and, despite many written promises to repay us for the damages to our property, we have never received one cent in compensation. He is rude and has no idea of how to treat clients. We fired him after just 3 months - good riddance to bad *******. Hire him/them at your peril!
