Demanding money for deposit while he gave a place to someone

What a horrible experience i had and attitude i had from SDI PROPERTIES INTELLIGENCE in sandton office. I got their brocher from a guy who was handing out at gautrain staion. I contacted the landline i referred to a guy called Nkosi . I went to their office at Parkmore i told them i am looking for a place he went out with me and a friend of mine that i was with to view a a place that was one street to their office i like the place i asked how much is it and what is as 1st stap we can take to start with processes he said i must pay 850 for admin fee of which the next day i ask him the banking details he send his gmail account and the banking details on the 2nd October he said he will swnd me the application form he did he requested bank statement and pay slip i did send it after he sent me an applicatin form he told i should know 1st come 1st serve i said he can semd me the lease agreement before paying he never did until today i told i showed up in thier office to talk to him that im not willing to keep sending money while i haven't sign any lease agreement he said i must send the money his colleagues came and say the place was given to someone alse how so no answer i asked him why you were keep asking money while you know you gave that place to someone alse he gave that dirty look and continue pressing his laptop i told them i want my money back he laughed instead. HOW CAN YOU PAY DEPOSITE AND ADMIN FEE WITHOUT BEING TOLD YOU HABE BEEN APPROVED AND SIGN THE LEASE I TOLD HIM I WANTED TO MOVE ON THE 27 OCTOBER HE SAID OK KNOWING VERY WELL THAT HE GAVE A PLACE TO SOMEONE ALSE WHILE HIS DEMADING MORE CASH i already Toldy ex land lord that i got a place closer to work now i will be homeless soon I AM SENDING MY LAWYER ON MONDAY WHEN I TRIED TO CALL HIM HE BLOCKED ME AND I USED LAND LINE IT WENT THROUGH AS SOON AS HE HEARD IT WASE HE HANGS UP.
