A manager's bad treatment

I worked at this company for a year and to be honest I do not know how the entire management treats it's people because I'd randomly meet the CEO and he has never shown any signs of arrogance or ******. My problem is one particular man,who was then my manager serving as a sourcing and projects manager(Mark),to date I'm trying to heal from the ****** traits, ignorance & arrogance he has,he treated me like trash and there are a lot of instances I recall of him embarrassing me in front of students saying "I didn't know anything", or asking my other colleagues to "use" me meaning he always viewed me as *********** and unfit. I recently went there to reapply and he said in people's faces that he won't dare place me there. This is because I stood my ground and later didn't allow the bullying from him but my main concern is why would someone deny you the right to apply if there was no legal documentation issued to me. He takes advantage of young women & is known to date interns and other women in the company hence he always gets away with a lot of things. My wish is that he gets exposed of his treatment, ****** & arrogance!
