There is a man who goes by the name of Mfene Thusini, who own a driving school called SD THUSINI DRIVING SCHOOL, which is located at KwaMashu E Section. He is a *******!!! He promises people to give them driving lessons and take their hard earned monies and disappear. He is also known for ********** drivers licenses that he sells to people. He works mostly in the following Licencing departments: Rossburgh (Durban), Mzinto (South Coast- Kzn), Underburg, Camperdown, and Mandeni. His contact number is ********** 808. He works with various officials in the department of transport and him (Mfene Thusini) resides at KwaMashu K section. The amounts of monies he ****s from people varies from R1800 - R3200 up wards. His contact number is ********** . Once he has taken people's monies, he blocks them on his phone and ignore either their calls or text messages.
