Complain

Sd recruitment your slogan is putting people first, but that is not what i experienced with the Johannesburg brach manager. She didn't tell me her name but she said she is the manager. She did not talk to me like im the person she is suppose to put first. Didn't even get the apportunity to say what i wanted to say because she wouldn't listen to me, and when i said listen to me she got angry because i said listen. She said " you dont talk to me like that" and it went on and on to a point i also to that kind of treatment. I was applying for a government post and i sent them an email saying i wonder if the department knows how they are treating their people looking for employment. And that the Batho Pele Principles governs the public sector and what governs them since they dont know how to speak to people. I sent emails to Ravisha also asked her to forward the emails to the manager that never gave me her name. I got no response till now. I am really disappointed with SD recruitment staff not company because the campany says putting people first but the staff have their own agenda. I believe just because i am currently looking for a job that does not mean im stupid and that the manager had to speak to me the way she did because she thinks she is doing me a favour...
