I am appalled at the lack of service

I went in to have a ring altered and the attendant told me that the in house jewler had not yet arrived and she continued to say she doesn't think that they can help me however I can always check in later to see the jewler. When I did check in she screamed at me and told me that she had said that they cannot help me and why am I wasting my time. When I asked for the head office number she told me that the owner was standing behind me. The owner of SD panthers did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue and I did not get the service I required.<br> I will no longer support SD Panther jewlers and I discourage anyone to support tgem
