Settlement Letters

<p>Good day </p> <p> I have two account with SD Coetzee which was paid in full two weeks ago. After numerous emails requesting settlement letters I still have nothing. What makes me furious is when you pay they dont worry, but if you struggle to pay the give you a hard time. If i dont receive that by close of business I will hand the matter to the ombusdman.
