Reduced payment fee Linda RY4017 AND RE3164

I Spoke with a lady but the Name of Bonita Quiggin and asked for reduced payment on my two accounts as i am financially struggling as a result of that my payments money is coming from my sister and i asked her via email i have been calling and emailing her but no reply i really want to pay but i'm so disappointed with her service , i feel like she is ignoring me and doesn't seem to understand my frustration . please help
