Poor customer service
I requested a settlement amount from SD Coetzee with regards to a judgment. They provided me with an amount that i could not afford so i tried to politely negotiate. I was then sent a nasty email by Charissa Nicholson stating that it did not seem like i was going to settle and if i do not settle the judgment she will take further action against me. This is already a judgment and i am within my rights to request for a settlement amount and balances. I do not see what further action can betaken against me if i request this from SD Coetzee. I have requested for a superiors details but to no avail. <br>

We have considered your complaint and perused our file. You fail to mention that you have requested reduced settlements on more than four occasions. You also neglect to mention that you have failed to effect payment on each such occasion. Our office and our client has provided you with every indulgence possible. It is noteworthy that the settlement amount has already been reduced from R6 500.00 to R3 000.00. We confirm that all settlement dates have lapsed and the full balance due and owing is now payable.
