An amount was deducted from my salary due to a court order for money that was owed to Real People. The final amount was deducted on 15 May 2015.

Since this month, a new order was submitted to my HR department and the deductions started again, which is incorrect since the total amount was deducted over 3 years and fully paid.

I contacted SD Coetzee INC on 5 November 2015 to request information, I was informed to send a e-mail. I contacted them on 16 November 2015 as I did not received any response as the 7 day return period collapse and was informed that my file is with the director.

I contacted and send emails to *** on 18 November 2015, but ones again was informed that my file is with the director.

I have now phoned 3 times and send emails on 2 separate occasions without any results.
I need urgent feedback and response on the above and a speedy response would be appreciated.

Thank you

Michael
A default judgment was obtained against you in this matter for R 13 029.44 at an interest rate of 15.5% per annum as from 30 September 2004.
Our office has receipted deductions from your salary totaling an amount of R 12 378.00 thus far.
No \final amount\" was ever deducted. Your payroll merely took it for granted that this debt was settled. It is not. Both you and your payroll have failed to take into account our legal fees
