Judgement not removed from the credit bereaus

I settled the account on the 23rd July and received a paid up letter from Laverne Moore on 28 July, however I have been sending emails requesting the judgement to be removed against my name. I called their number and spoke to the receptionist and was advised both these ladies don't take any calls. I have been sending emails from the 29th July daily and I don't receive any response. I urgently need to buy a car and I this case is inconveniencing. I am requesting my name to be cleared and need urgent assistance.

Hello NompumeleloK,

We wish to confirm the following:
1. You received a paid-up letter. Same can be used to prove that your debt is settled. Any credit provider will accept this.
2. As soon as we received and receipted your settlement payment, we updated your credit profile with the various credit bureau. The delays at the bureaux in updating your profile are NOT our fault.
3. Our staff do take telephone calls. What our staff do not do is deal with the same query over and over again when the situation is out of our control. Once this matter had been updated at the credit bureaux, this matter became their issue. No matter how many times you contact our office, you will receive the same answer you already have received . . . the credit bureaux is slow and they must update your profile.
We confirm that we have AGAIN sent correspondence to the credit bureaux regarding the updating of your profile.
