Scuttle probably good at rentals but s**t at problem solving or customer service

Pathetic service, Arrogance shown from Jacques in problem solving and clearly not concerned about bad reviews. Double bookings seem to be a norm in their business since Jacques thinks leaving a customer with a solution after having a confirmed booking and payment made is acceptable. A simple here's your money and move on attitude is simply not good enough
