WONDERFUL SERVICE- GREAT PRODUCTS- NOT SO GREAT COMMUNICATION

I honestly love Sculpt SA — the staff, the products, and the exceptional attention to detail in ensuring I receive the correct items. It's truly next level. In fact, I hadn't even heard of Hello Peter until Friday, when I overheard another walk-in customer raving about their great experience and the positive reviews. It made me realize I should share my own:

First order: I received my items within 24 hours — no exaggeration!

Second order: The staff reached out to help me with bodysuit sizing. They went from XL to S for me, and it fit perfectly. I even use it on long-haul flights now — I absolutely love it.

Third order: I had to wait longer than expected, which was frustrating. However, they kept me updated via email, and when I finally went in person to their store, all my frustration melted away. The staff was warm, kind, and provided customer service like I've rarely experienced. They explained the situation thoroughly, and from then on, I never had any issues with delays.

This past Friday marked my 6th order with them. Yes, I think they can improve on communication, but I can see how busy they are. Even with their packed schedule, they always make time for customers, and that's something I really appreciate. We all have room to improve, and this review is a tribute to the outstanding assistance they’ve consistently provided me.
