Skulpt SA return policy atrocious

I bought a body suit which is too big and tried to return it 1 day after purchase and they refuse it, Skuplt website says if it is not worn they will accept however visible signs of try on etc they can refuse. I have not tried it or worn unacceptable considering how expensive items are
