I genuinely wanted to support a local business, but SculptSA has proven to be nothing more than a reseller of cheap “Made in China” goods. The exact same items are available on Temu, Shein, and Alibaba for a fraction of the cost, yet they market them as “premium” and charge inflated prices.

Their refund and exchange policies are shady and shift whenever it suits them. They refer to “hygiene stickers” and “labels” in their policies, but the items I received had none — only a “Made in China” tag. When I tried to return products that didn’t match their claims, I was refused a refund.

This is not honest business. It’s misleading, exploitative, and harmful to consumers who think they’re supporting local. I have reported SculptSA to the relevant authorities. Their good reviews are questionable. Save yourself the disappointment — avoid them entirely.
