Poor fit, poor quality, poor customer service, very long delivery times

I ordered bras in November, it took a long time to be delivered, only to find that they 1) shipped 1x incorrect bra size 2) none of the garments were the same band length, even though 3 of the items ordered were exactly the same bra size.

They take days to respond. I requested items to be returned, they wanted me to pay shipping and I had to remind them that they shipped an incorrect item to me, so they "waived" the shipping fee.

I gave them my current bra size, all my measurements and based on their recommendation, I ordered replacement bras on 17th of December. This was only delivered on 7th of January (granted they did phone me to say that there would be a delay), and once again nothing fits. The cups are too small, so your ****s spill out on the sides, plus the bras gives you this horrible UNI-**** look, which is just terrible.

I sent them an email yesterday to request a full refund, and no feedback received as yet, not even an acknowledgement of my email.
